The Cape Davis is a well-rounded, ice-covered cape that of around 15 kilometers east magnetic Bay on the north coast of Edward VIII Plateau in the Antarctic Kemp Land is.
It was discovered on January 12, 1930 as part of the BANZARE (1929–1931) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . It is named after the Australian navigator John King Davis (1884-1967), the captain of the ship Aurora on this research trip .
