Cape Fletcher is a small cape on the icy Mawson coast of the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . It is located south of the Martin Reef , halfway between the Strahan Glacier and the Scullin Monolith .

Participants in the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1931) under the leadership of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson discovered and named it. It is named after Harold Oswald Fletcher (1903–1996), assistant biologist on this research trip.
