The Cape LeBlanc is an icy cape at the north end of Noville Peninsula in the north of Thurston Island before Eights Coast of the West Antarctic Ellsworthlands . It is also the northernmost point of the island.
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2003 after Ralph Paul LeBlanc (1921-1994), commander on board a Martin PBM Mariner during Operation Highjump (1946-1947), which crashed on December 30, 1946 on the Noville Peninsula. LeBlanc was one of six survivors of the nine-man crew rescued on January 12, 1947.
