The Kappefjella ( Norwegian for Cape Mountains ) is a mountain range in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It is part of the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains and lies between the Tønnesenbreen and Flogeken glaciers .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it descriptively in 2016, as the southern part of the mountain range is enveloped by ice masses like a cloak.
