Kapsowar is a small town in Elgeyo-Marakwet County in Kenya . Before its dissolution, Kapsowar was the capital of the Marakwet District .
Infrastructure
Kapsowar has a hospital with 140 beds and an affiliated nursing school. There is a support center for blind and visually impaired children, primary and secondary schools , and a police station.
