Karabicha ( Russian Кара́биха ) is a village in the Russian Oblast of Yaroslavl . It is located 15 kilometers south of Yaroslavl , belongs to the Yaroslavsky rajon and is the seat of the rural municipality Karabichskoje selskoje posselenije.
The 19th century Russian poet Nikolai Nekrasov lived and worked in Karabicha for some time. During the Second World War, the village served as a retreat for intellectuals and artists from Leningrad. Today the Nekrasov Museum is located in the village.
