Karen Kwiatkowski

Karen U. Kwiatkowski (born September 24, 1960 , nee KU Unger ) is an American author and a former female career officer in the US Air Force . Her name is associated with her work as a whistleblower in 2003 , who made some background information about the beginning of the Iraq war (March to May 2003) known in the Bush administration and criticized the work of the secret service.

Her revelations were also confirmed by former CIA anti-terrorist chief Vincent Cannistraro .

Life

Until 2003 it served about 20 years in various uses. Her last military rank was that of Lt. Colonel.

In 2012 she ran unsuccessfully for nomination as a Republican candidate for a seat in the US House of Representatives.

In 2018 she received the Sam Adams Award .
