Karin Horninger (born June 18, 1971 in Munich ) is a former German volleyball player .
Career
Karin Horninger played volleyball in the second division of the Bayern Lohhof youth team in the late 1980s . In 1991 she moved to Bundesliga club TSG Tübingen and later to CJD Feuerbach . After his withdrawal in 1996, the middle blocker moved to league competitor Bayer Leverkusen . Karin Horninger took part in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta with the German national team and finished eighth there.
