Karl-August Crisolli (born March 3, 1900 in Berlin ; † November 1935 there ) was a German lawyer.

Karl-August Crisolli was the son of the lawyer Rudolf Crisolli (1854-1922), his brothers were the lawyer Julius Crisolli (* 1894) and the officer Wilhelm Crisolli (1895-1944).

He studied law at the University of Berlin , where he received his doctorate in 1924 . His academic teacher was Ernst Heymann , at whose institute for foreign and commercial law he was also a volunteer assistant.

In 1928 he became a court assessor , in 1933 he was a district judge at the district court of Charlottenburg . As a register judge , he and his colleague Hans Groschuff (* 1878) were responsible for the central commercial register for all of Berlin.

In 1934 he submitted, accompanied by several magazine articles, a draft for a reform of the commercial register in the sense of National Socialist ideas, in which he wanted to interpret the term "German" in the sense of racial politics. However, this interpretation was in part not approved by the Court of Appeal .

He was married since 1931 to Ellen de Gruyter (* 1900), a daughter of the publisher Walter de Gruyter , from this marriage the son Rudolf Crisolli (1932-1970) emerged.
