Karl-Heinz Bley (born October 6, 1952 in Garrel , Cloppenburg district ) is a German local politician and member of the Lower Saxony state parliament . He is married and has three children.

education and profession

After attending elementary school, Bley trained as a motor vehicle mechanic , and in 1977 Bley passed the master's examination in this profession. Since 1982 he has been working as a self-employed car mechanic and dealer in Garrel.

politics

Bley has been a member of the CDU since 1988 , from 1996 to 2011 he was a councilor in the Garrel community, and from 2001 to 2011 he also held the position of deputy mayor of the Garrel community . In 2001-2001 he was also a member of the district council in the Cloppenburg district. Since 2003 he has been a member of the Lower Saxony State Parliament and directly elected member of the electoral district 66 Cloppenburg-Nord . In the CDU parliamentary group he acts as a spokesman for the areas of economy, labor and transport.

Karl-Heinz Bley has been President of the Lower Saxony Crafts Day (NHT) since 2007 . He is also state guild master and president of the state association of the motor vehicle trade Lower Saxony-Bremen.
