Karl-Heinz Gerholz is a German educator and university lecturer .

Life

From 2000 to 2005 he studied business education at the TU Dresden (2000–2002) and at the University of Konstanz (2002–2005). From 2005 to 2011 he was a research assistant at the Chair of Business Education I at the University of Paderborn . After completing his doctorate in Paderborn in 2010 , 'Innovative Development of Educational Organizations', he was a substitute professor at the FernUniversität Hagen from 2011 to 2012 . In 2016 he became professor for business education at the University of Bamberg .

His main research interests are digital didactics in vocational education, service learning in work-related learning processes and in teacher training, development of educational organizations (educational management), control and design of education and employment systems and design research in teaching and learning research.
