Karl-Heinz Kuzmierz (born September 20, 1946 - † December 23, 2012 ) was a German football player .
Career
Kuzmierz played in two Bundesliga games for FC Schalke 04 . In the 1970/71 season he made his debut on the 14th matchday against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen . He was substituted on by coach Slobodan Čendić in the second half for Alban Wüst , the game was won 2-0. On the 17th matchday he played his last game in the Bundesliga: In the 0-0 win against Werder Bremen , he came on for Manfred Pohlschmidt in the 82nd minute .
