Karl-Heinz Schlumberger

Karl-Heinz Schlumberger (born June 12, 1947 in Langenau ) is a German local politician ( CDU ). From 1998 to 2014 he was the mayor of Remseck am Neckar .

In 1970, Karl-Heinz Schlumberger passed the state examination for the higher administrative service. From 1970 to 1973 he was a specialist in finance in Dietenheim . From 1973 to 1998 he worked at the Baden-Württemberg State Representation in Bonn.

In 1998 Schlumberger was elected mayor of Remseck am Neckar. With the appointment of Remseck as a major district town on January 1, 2004, he received the title of Lord Mayor. In the 2006 Mayor election of Remseck, Schlumberger was confirmed in office. He has been a member of the district council of the Ludwigsburg district since the local elections in 2009, and was re-elected as district councilor in the 2014 local elections. In the 2014 mayor election, Schlumberger did not run for reasons of age.
