Karl Bubner

Karl Bubner (born January 16, 1902 in Schlebusch ; † August 16, 1987 in Leichlingen ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Born as the son of a forester , Bubner studied law in Cologne and Erlangen . During his studies he became a member of the Bubenreuther fraternity in 1921 . He was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD . In 1929 he was briefly commissioned with the provisional management of the business of the district administrator of the Steinfurt district . In 1935 he joined the NSDAP . From 1933 to 1945 he was district administrator for the Altena district . Then he was managing director of the district council of North Rhine-Westphalia . In 1952 he became senior district director in the Rhein-Wupper district and had retired in 1967.

In 1979 he was awarded the Rhineland Taler for his work as a local researcher .
