Karl Eduard von Lödel

Karl Eduard von Lödel (born October 30, 1848 in Ulm ; † April 10, 1924 ) was a German judge .

Life

During his studies in 1866 he became a member of the Germania Tübingen fraternity . He took part in the war of 1870/71. The Württemberg man was sworn in in 1873. In 1876 he became judicial assessor, in 1881 assistant public prosecutor, in 1884 public prosecutor and in 1894 first public prosecutor. In 1900 he was transferred from Heilbronn and appointed to the higher regional judge in Stuttgart. In 1903 he came to the Reichsgericht from Stuttgart. He was active in the 1st Criminal Senate. He retired in October 1914. Then he was called up for military service.
