The first walking chair was created at the same time . Pircher's design ideas combine art and everyday objects. So designed Pircher and his design partner Fidel Peugeot from PET bottles , among other walk-light rooms and wardrobe systems.

For the Lomographic Society Vienna he developed the Lomoclip and the Colorsplash and Supersampler cameras. These Lomo products have been patented as world novelties and have received several design awards. For example: Accent on Design Award 2002 , Design Plus Award 2003, ispo brandnewAward 2004 . With his design studio, Pircher was again the winner of the Berlin Design Award in 2009.

In 2009, Pircher was responsible for the city of Linz , this year's European Capital of Culture , as part of the Linz Capital of Culture project for the design and planning of Kinderpunkt 09 , a feel-good place for children and families to relax.

Karl Emilio Pircher sees himself as an inventor, his motto is: "Good design is innovation."
