Karl Friedrich Birkenstock

Karl Friedrich Wilhelm Birkenstock (born June 3, 1808 in Homburg before the height , † after 1874) was a German politician .

Birkenstock was the son of the innkeeper and later town schultheiß Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Birkenstock (born March 15, 1777 in Homburg, † February 4, 1836 there), the son of the butcher and councilor Johann Lorenz Birkenstock. The mother was Anna Maria née Birkenstock (born January 26, 1788 in Homburg), the daughter of the innkeeper Johann Georg Birkenstock.

Birkenstock was a city councilor in Homburg. In 1848 he was elected to the state parliament of Hessen-Homburg for the constituency of Köppern, Seulberg, Dillingen .
