Karl Heinrich Wiederkehr

Karl Heinrich Wiederkehr (born February 1, 1922 in Oftersheim ; † January 13, 2012 ) was a German science historian.

Life

After completing his habilitation with Bernhard Sticker in 1974 on René-Just Haüy's ideas of crystal construction and chemical atomistics , which were published in four parts in the journal Centaurus (1977 and 1978), he taught as a private lecturer in the history of natural sciences at the University of Hamburg . After his retirement as a high school teacher at the Matthias-Claudius-Gymnasium Hamburg , he worked again increasingly at the Institute for the History of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Technology.
