Karl Heinz Schreiner

Karl Heinrich Schreiner (born February 26, 1952 in Niederweidbach ) is a retired German Brigadier General in the Luftwaffe . In his last assignment from 2006 to February 27, 2014, he was director of teaching and training at the command and control academy of the Bundeswehr .

Military career

Karl Heinrich Schreiner joined the German Armed Forces on July 1, 1971 and completed training as a reserve officer . From 1976 to 1979 he was a lecture hall director and specialist teacher for staff management at the Air Force Technical College in Iserlohn ; In 1979 he took over the 4th inspection of the Air Force Training Regiment 5 as a company commander. From August 1984 to September 1986 he went through the 29th General Staff course in Hamburg. This was followed by assignments as department head A 1 and department head A 3 at the Air Force Training Command in Cologne. In 1990, Schreiner became a consultant in the BMVg command staff of the Armed Forces IV 3 in Bonn. From 1992 to 1995 he was in command of the air base group at Jagdgeschwader 71 . Schreiner returned to the BMVg in 1995 as a division manager in the planning staff. From 2001 to 2004 he was the commander of the Air Force NCO School in Appen and in 2004 he became Head of the Management Staff of the Armed Forces I in the BMVg. From June 2006 he took over the position of Director of Teaching and Leadership Academy of the Bundeswehr in Hamburg . On February 27, 2014, he was retired from this employment.
