Karl Homole

Karl Homole (* 1941 ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and was district chairman of the 18th district of Vienna, Währing , from 1990 to 2015 .

Homole learned the trade of retail salesman at Meinl and worked for Henkel Austria from 1964 to 1990 , most recently as sales director.

Between December 14, 1987 and January 25, 1990, Homole held the office of deputy district mayor in Währing. From January 25, 1990 to December 18, 2015, Homole was district chairman. After the Greens had become the strongest party in the district in the 2015 district council election just before the ÖVP, Silvia Nossek replaced him in office.

Homole is married and has two children.
