Karl Isenberg

Karl Isenberg (born November 1, 1906 in Mülheim an der Ruhr , † January 9, 1977 in Kamp-Lintfort ) was a German SPD politician .

education and profession

Karl Isenberg attended elementary school and mountain school and took specialist courses. He worked as a miner, then became a mining climber and finally a shooting climber.

politics

Karl Isenberg was a member of the SPD and from 1946 of the IG Bergbau. From 1951 he was a member of the works council of the Friedrich Heinrich colliery in Kamp-Lintfort. He served as an adviser to the Protestant Church in Kamp-Lintfort from 1956. From 1952 to 1964, Isenberg was a city councilor in Kamp-Lintfort in what was then the district of Moers .

Karl Isenberg was directly elected member of the 4th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 040 Moers-Süd from July 21, 1958 to July 20, 1962 .
