Karl Kälin (Author)
Karl Kälin (* 1943 ) is a Swiss author and psychologist .
Live and act
Karl Kälin completed his doctorate in psychology at the University of Zurich . During his active time, he worked as a personnel developer and author of specialist psychological literature. Since 1978 he has been working as an independent management consultant. In addition, together with Rolf Fink, he developed the HR process Amexel / Xelex , which is based on systems theory and humanistic psychology .
