Karl Laupach

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Karl Laupach is a fictional German politician ( SPD ). He should be a member of the SPD parliamentary group in the Bremen citizenship . Laupach, like the MP Jakob M. Mierscheid in the German Bundestag or the diplomat Edmund Friedemann Dräcker in the Foreign Office, is a pure phantom.

Life

Activities in the fictional Laupach date mainly in the 1990s, but the Phantom is also active again at the beginning of the 21st century. The inquiries and submissions distributed under his name in the normal channels in the Bremen parliament are neither dealt with in the Bremen Senate nor in the citizenship itself. However, they are also regularly sent to the press. Inquiries and requests under the name Karl Laupach dealt among other things with the establishment of the Collaborative Research Center for chaos theory , together with the financing thereof through shadow budgets or supplement the financing of the CDU fraction having an opposition bonus at a time when the CDU in a grand coalition of the government was involved.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Radio Bremen , the station reported in 1995 that MP Karl Laupach was involved in the drug trade in the Hanseatic city.

It is not clear who is behind the fictional MP. In the 1990s MPs or members of the government of the SPD were suspected. A collective of authors is now adopted behind the fictitious MP.
