Karl Philibert Ferrero Fiesco , Count von Candel (* in Italy ; † November 10, 1675 in Balingen ) was the first joint governor of the southern offices of Württemberg .

Fiesco von Candel was 1639–1643 Obervogt von Nagold , 1643–1649 Obervogt von Nagold and Altensteig and 1649–1675 Obervogt over the city and office of Tuttlingen, d. H. including Balingen, Rosenfeld and Ebingen .
