Karl Rainer Kilches
Karl Rainer Kilches (* 1945 ) is a German lawyer and was a judge at the Federal Fiscal Court from 1996 to 2010 .
Life
Kilches began his professional career in 1972 in the higher service of the Rhineland-Palatinate financial administration . He initially worked at the Altenkirchen tax office and was seconded from there to the Federal Fiscal Court as a research assistant for two years . In 1980 Kilches was appointed judge at the Rhineland-Palatinate Finance Court and on December 5, 1996, a judge at the Federal Finance Court. He retired at the end of March 2010.
At the Federal Fiscal Court, Kilches was a member of the Second Senate of the Federal Fiscal Court and was most recently the deputy chairman of the Senate. He was also a member of the Grand Senate of the Federal Fiscal Court and, since 1996, of the Joint Senate of the highest federal courts .
