Karl Schiener

Karl Schiener (born July 19, 1893 in Nuremberg ; † July 22, 1963 there ) was a German bookseller and printmaker .

Life

After training as a bookseller, he took over the JA Stein bookshop on Nuremberg's main market from his father . He worked there until the end of his life. At the same time, his artistic talent developed and so over 100 etchings of Nuremberg cityscapes were created in 35 years of creation .
