Karl Trabitsch

Karl Trabitsch (born January 12, 1929 in Schwechat , † July 19, 2003 in Vienna ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and businessman. From 1980 to 1983 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

After elementary school, Trabitsch attended secondary school and then switched to vocational school. After completing his apprenticeship, he started his own business as a delicatessen and textile trader in Schwechat in 1952, and from 1975 to 1990 he took on the position of section chairman in the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce. He also acted as Vice President of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce between 1986 and 1995. He was awarded the professional title of Commercial Councilor.

Trabitsch represented the ÖVP between October 30, 1980 and June 7, 1993 in the Lower Austrian state parliament, where he succeeded Ferdinand Manndorff in the state parliament on October 30, 1980 .
