Charles of Bellino

Karl Bellino , 1891 Bellino , (* 4. November 1827 in Rottenburg am Neckar , † 7. July 1919 in Reutlingen ) was a württembergischer bailiff and the provincial government.

Life and work

Karl Bellino attended philological schools. From 1843 to 1848 he completed an apprenticeship in various offices of the court notary and the senior office in Herrenberg. In 1848 he passed the lower service examination, then he studied from 1850 to 1853 in Tübingen , in 1853 he passed the second higher service examination. Bellino began his professional career from 1848 to 1850 as an auditor's assistant at the Rottenburg District Office. From 1853 to 1854 he was the actuary administrator at the Waiblingen and Gerabronn offices , and from 1854 to 1866 he was an actuary at the Gerabronn office. In 1866 he became a government assessor in the government of the Black Forest district in Reutlingen. From 1870 to 1873 he was senior magistrate at the Oberamt Horb and from 1873 to 1877 at the Oberamt Gerabronn .

In the government of the Black Forest district in Reutlingen, he became a member of the government in 1877, a senior government councilor in 1888, and from 1896 to 1904 he was finally President of the Black Forest district government. In 1888 he also became chairman of the board of directors of the agricultural trade association for the Black Forest district, and in 1897 he also chaired the arbitration tribunal of this institution. In 1896 the chairmanship of the arbitration tribunal for invalidity and old age insurance in Reutlingen was transferred to him. In 1904 he retired.
