Karlheinz Jansen (born February 6, 1943 in Korschenbroich , Grevenbroich district ) is a German CDU politician .

education and profession

Karlheinz Jansen graduated from high school in 1963. Then he attended the Pedagogical University of Neuss; the first state examination took place in 1966. He then worked as a teacher, in 1969 as a subject teacher at a district seminar. In 1972 he became vice rector and from 1973 to 1975 he was rector. From 1975 he was retired in accordance with the State Legal Status Act.

Karlheinz Jansen has been a member of the CDU since 1966. He was chairman of the Junge Union Mönchengladbach as well as a member of the Mönchengladbach district party executive and board member of the Christian Democratic Workers' Union in Mönchengladbach. From 1969 to 1975 Jansen was a member of the Mönchengladbach City Council. He is a member of the Education and Science Union.

Karlheinz Jansen was from May 28, 1975 to May 28, 1980 directly elected member of the 8th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 034 Mönchengladbach II - Viersen.
