Kasun Jayasuriya (Kasun Nadika Weerarathna Jayasuriya) (born March 25, 1980 ) is a former Sri Lankan soccer player who is still the top scorer for the Dialog Champions League (with 21 goals) and the Sri Lankan national soccer team (with 27 goals).

He started his career at Pettah United in the Premier League of Sri Lanka. He later moved to India and played for the Indian Bank and from 2004 to 2006 for the Indian champions Dempo SC . After two years in Goa , the transfer to Ratnam SC Colombo from Colombo followed .

National team

He is also a member of the Sri Lankan national soccer team and was part of the runner-up selection in his home country at the 2006 AFC Challenge Cup . He was also part of the squad in his home country at the 2008 AFC Challenge Cup . In this tournament he wore the number 11 on his back. Between 2000 and 2009, he had 48 international appearances. He scored 23 hits.
