Kathrin Heimann

Kathrin Heimann (born October 10, 1985 ) is a German soccer referee . She whistles for the Gladbeck club Wacker Gladbeck.

Career

Heimann became a referee at the age of 15. In 2009 it was used for the first time in the 2nd Bundesliga , before promotion to the Bundesliga followed two years later . The DFB nominated Heimann as assistant referee for the 2012 DFB Cup final between 1. FFC Frankfurt and Bayern Munich . In the men's field, she leads games in the fifth-rate NRW league in the 2011/12 season . Since the dissolution of the NRW League at the end of the season, Heimann has been whistling in the Oberliga Westfalen .

In addition to her work as a referee, Kathrin Heimann also studied biology .
