Kathrin Langschwager (born December 18, 1966 in Rostock , now Kathrin Sydlik ) is a former German volleyball player .

Kathrin Langschwager was a multiple GDR national player. In 1987 she became European Champion in Belgium . In 1988 she took part in the Olympic Games in Seoul with the GDR national volleyball team , where she finished fifth. Kathrin Langschwager played for SC Dynamo Berlin and was GDR champion several times .

Kathrin Langschwager's daughters Sandra and Luisa are also volleyball players.
