Katja Rade

Katja Rade (* 1965 ) is a German business economist and professor as well as rector and managing director of the private SRH University of Heidelberg .

Live and act

Katja Rade studied business administration at the Goethe University in Frankfurt and was at the 2004 Berlin Technical University at Ulrich Steger doctorate .

From 1996 to 2000 she worked as a controlling officer for Lufthansa Passenger Airlines. From 2007 to 2017 she was Professor of General Business Administration and Finance at Pforzheim University (Pforzheim Business School), where she was also Vice Dean (2012–2014) and Vice Rector for Strategic Planning and University Development (2015–2017). Rade has been the rector of SRH University Heidelberg since 2017.
