Katrin Zöfel

Katrin Zöfel (* 1976 in Bad Urach ) is a biologist , science reporter and editor for Swiss Radio and Television (SRF). Her topics are cancer , plants, agriculture , nutrition , climate, soil, evolution, ecology .

Life

Zöfel went to school in Münsingen and studied at the University of Hohenheim and the Georg-August University of Göttingen . From 2009 to 2016 she worked as a freelance journalist in Cologne, mainly for Deutschlandfunk , Hessischer Rundfunk (HR) and SWR2 of Südwestrundfunk ; partly taken over by Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), as well as various newspapers. She then moved to Freiburg and became an editor at SRF.
