Kazuki Satō ( Japanese 佐藤 一 樹 , Satō Kazuki ; born June 27, 1974 in Gunma Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Satō learned to play football on the school team of Maebashi Commercial High School and the university team of Tsukuba University . He signed his first contract with the Yokohama Wings in 1997 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1997 he reached the final of the Imperial Cup . In 1998 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club. For the club he completed 22 first division games. In 1999 he moved to league rivals Yokohama F. Marinos . For this club he completed 13 first division games. In 2000 he moved to league rivals Kyoto Purple Sanga , for whom he played 13 first division games. In 2001 he moved to the second division club Ōita Trinita , then in 2002 to the first division club Yokohama F. Marinos. In 2002 he was runner-up with the club in the J1 League, and in 2003 he was finally Japanese champion . In 2004 he moved to league rivals Sanfrecce Hiroshima . In 2005 he moved to the second division Yokohama FC . At the end of 2005 he ended his career as a soccer player.
