Kelly Marie , real name Jacqueline McKinnon (born October 16, 1957 in Paisley ) is a Scottish singer . It was mostly successful in France until 1980 , when it had its big breakthrough across Europe with Feels Like I'm in Love - and that after the single had been on the market for a whole year.

Feels Like I'm In Love was actually written by Ray Dorset for Elvis Presley , who died before he could play the title. The title reached number 1 in the British charts in 1980 and is considered the forerunner of the Hi-NRG sound.

Kelly Marie is married and lives with her family near London. She has five daughters and one son.
