Kemi-Tornio
Kemi-Tornio is the name of one of six administrative communities ( seutukunta ) in the Finnish landscape of Lapland . It is located in the southwest of Lapland and includes the eponymous cities of Kemi and Tornio , both 25 km away from each other on the coast of the Gulf of Bothnia , as well as the surrounding communities of Keminmaa , Simo and Tervola .
