Kenneth Minogue
Kenneth Robert Minogue (born September 11, 1930 in Palmerston North , New Zealand ; † June 28, 2013 in Guayaquil , Ecuador ) was a political philosopher and professor at the London School of Economics .
education and profession
Minogue attended high school in Sydney and then until 1950 the University of Sydney . From 1955 to 1956 he taught at Exeter University , and from 1959 at the London School of Economics .
