Kensington Palace Gardens is a street in the western inner city of the British capital, London . It begins immediately west of Kensington Gardens and connects Notting Hill Gate with Kensington High Street. The southern section of Kensington Palace Gardens is called Palace Green. The street is also known as "Billionaires Row" .

The approximately 800 meter long avenue next to Kensington Palace is considered the most exclusive address in London and is one of the most expensive residential streets in the world. The average market price for a building on this street in mid-2010 was around 21 million euros. The land is owned by the Crown Estate . The street is in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea .

There are several embassies on the road, which is why it is closed to through traffic for security reasons, according to the Russian embassy . The best known residents of this street are the Saudi royal family , the Indian steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal , the Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah , the Russian oligarch Leonard Blavatnik and the hedge fund manager Noam Gottesman. A former resident of the street is Bernie Ecclestone .
