Kensuke Kagami ( Japanese 加 賀 見 健 介 , Kagami Kensuke ; born November 21, 1974 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Kagami learned to play soccer on the school team at Toin Gakuen High School and the university team at Aoyama Gakuin University . He signed his first contract in 1997 with Tokyo Gas (today: FC Tokyo). The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . In 1999 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club he completed 61 games. In August 2000 he was loaned to the second division club Ōita Trinita . For the club he completed 15 games. In 2001 he returned to FC Tokyo . In 2002 he was loaned to the second division side Kawasaki Frontale . For the club he completed 22 games. In October 2002 he returned to FC Tokyo. At the end of 2003 he ended his career as a soccer player.
