Kesar Novak ( Serbian - Cyrillic Кесар Новак ; Middle Greek Καίσαρ Νόβακος ; actually Novak Mrasorović [?]; † after 1369) was a Serbian magnate who, under Tsar Stefan Uroš V., carried the high dignity of an emperor (Serbian Kesar ).

Novak's family origin is just as unknown as his date of birth and death. With his Greek wife Kale he had a daughter Maria and a son Amiral . As a vassal of Vukašin Mrnjavčević , Novak controlled the region on Lake Prespa . On the small island Mali degree he founded in 1369 the Theotokos Church of the cave monastery of Bogorodica , in the Greek inscriptions and frescoes have survived, representing Novak and his family.
