Keshod is a city in the Indian state of Gujarat .
The city is part of the Junagadh district . Keshod has the status of a municipality ( Nagar Palika ). The city is divided into 12 wards . It had a total of 76,193 inhabitants on the cut-off date of the 2011 census, of which 39,208 were men and 36,985 women. Hindus form the largest group of the city's population with a share of around 92%, followed by Muslims with around 8%. The literacy rate in 2011 was 84.56%.
