Kessler + Co. (completely: Kessler + Co. GmbH & Co. KG ) is an international mechanical engineering company based in Abtsgmünd in Baden-Württemberg . It was founded in 1950 as an axle factory and is a manufacturer of drive axles and transfer cases for heavy duty vehicles , heavy forklifts , container handling equipment and other special vehicles. In 2008 the company had around 600 employees and an annual turnover of 300 million euros. There are foreign representations in China and the USA.
