Kevin McKenzie (born April 29, 1954 in Burlington , Vermont ) is an American ballet dancer and choreographer .

He completed his ballet training from 1967 to 1972 at the Washington School of Ballet . He was then a solo dancer with the National Ballet of Washington, Joffrey Ballet and the American Ballet Theater . Since 1992 he has directed the American Ballet Theater.
