Keylong (also Kyelang , Hindi केलांग, Kelang) is a medium sized village ( Village ) in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh .
Keylong is the administrative center of Lahaul and Spiti District . It is located 115 kilometers from Manali on the Manali-Leh Highway to Leh at an altitude of 3,164 m in the Himalayas , on a terrace and on a slope above the Bhaga River .
