ǁKhara Hais was a local church in the ZF Mgcawu district , Northern Cape Province , South Africa . In 2011 there lived 93,494 inhabitants on a total area of ​​21,780 km². The seat of the local government was Upington .

In 2016 the community was merged with the Mier community to form the Dawid Kruiper community .
