Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul (born February 16, 1965 in Bangkok ) is a Thai manager and sports official.

General

Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul attended Ramkhamhaeng University and completed her Masters in Business Administration in 2007 . She obtained a Masters in Resource Theory from the University of Manchester in 2012 .

Before her studies, she worked as a director of a Thai hotel chain. She has been on the board of a steel company since 2007. She also works as an expert for the Thai Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Culture. She has been President of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra since 2011 .

Sports administration

Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul was an advisor to the Thai Badminton Association from 2008 to 2013. At the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, and at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London , she was the team manager of the Thai badminton team. Since 2013 she has been president of the Thai Badminton Association and since 2017 a member of the NOK of Thailand. She is a council member of the Badminton World Federation .

IOC membership

In 2017, Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul was elected an IOC member.
