Kick Joneses is a German fun punk band from Kaiserslautern , founded in 1992.

Band history

The band emerged as the successor to the band Walter Elf . For a short time both bands existed simultaneously until the Walter Elf farewell concert in December 1991. The Walter-Elf celebrated successes in the scene in the 1980s with German lyrics, while the songs of the Kick Joneses initially only had English lyrics, which only changed with the album True Freaks Union , which also contained German-language lyrics.

All of the band's albums were released on Rookie Records , the guitarist Jürgen Schattner's label.
