Kijeva ( Albanian  also  Kijevë , Serbian Кијево Kijevo ) is a village in western Kosovo and administratively belongs to the municipality of Malisheva .

Of the 1279 inhabitants recorded in the 2011 census for Kijeva, 1240 people (96.95%) identified themselves as Albanians , 17 (1.37%) as Serbs , five as Ashkali and two as Bosniaks . 15 other residents gave no information about their ethnicity.

traffic

The M-9 , the main road from Pristina to Peja , runs through Kiljeva. A motorway along this route, which begins in the neighboring village of Mleçan , is being planned.
