Kilaneh ( Persian کیلانه) is a village southwest of Sanandaj in the Iranian Kordestān. This large village is one of the places Sanadaj residents go to picnics, especially in spring, because of its beautiful nature. During the Iran-Iraq war , Kilaneh was bombed several times by the Iraqi air force , leaving many dead and wounded.
